Absolutely fabulous service! Working full time often means that collecting items becomes an inconvenience. You finish work, the business is closed so what do you do? I used Parcelfast to pick up two large boxes to deliver to my home address mid week. Rob gave an excellent quote on my initial call and kept me up to date with everything throughout. I booked him on Saturday to collect on Tuesday, he called me to let me know that he'd collected my items and arranged a convenient time to drop them home to me. As it was Halloween (and I don't do trick or treat) I asked if he'd call me when outside so that I knew that it was him. We both laughed but he did exactly that the moment he pulled up.
